Ingredients:
- Four table spoons butter
- Four table spoons flour
- Two cups milk
- One or two cups velveta (depending on preference)
- Three cups Elbow macaroni
- Grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Boil elbow macaroni
- Cheese sauce:
- Melt butter in sauce pan
- Add flour, stir until smooth
- Take off the burner and slowly add milk, stir until smooth.
- Add in velveeta, stir until melted– use as much cheese as preferred. I usually use about two cups
- Once noodles are fully cooked, pour noodles into a greased 9 x 12 pan
- Pour cheese sauce over noodles
- I usually add shredded parmesan cheese– not necessary, however
- Bake at 350 for approximately 25-30 minutes
