You guys!! I am so happy that attorney attire is growing. With growth, comes changes. First, I am working on overhauling my website. I need a search bar. I need my menu buttons to be easier to navigate. Second, I plan on bringing back Monday deals. I had to focus lot of my time and energy into my career recently. However, now that I have started to get the hang of my new job, I am able to share my time with attorney attire (yay!).
Some of you have reached out lately and asked how I have been growing! A blogger, Jen Miracle, told me when I asked her that very question was: “you have to treat this like a job.” So that’s exactly what I’ve been doing. I spend countless hours working on attorney attire’s online presence. I engage with other accounts by liking their photos, commenting, and following! I click on hashtags that are similar to mine an like at least 100 photos a day and try to comment on 20. In the beginning I also set aside 30 minutes a day to do this. Now, I don’t keep track of the time I spend doing this, but I would say its probably an hour to an hour and a half per day. Moreover, I make sure to post at least once a day on instagram. There are days where I don’t post because I am unable, but those days are rare. It helps a lot if you prepare your photos the night in advance. Some people will plan a week in advance or even a month. I don’t do this because I like to be more real with my captions and post what is relevant to me that day or week! But there is no right answer to how you should post– just make sure you do it.The downside to growing quickly is that I noticed I haven’t been getting as many views on my photos, not sure if this an algorithm issue?
Even though attorney attire has been growing, I still set weekly goals to ensure growth continues. A few months ago, I wanted to grow by 100 followers a week, and now I try to grow by 100 followers a day. I know this always isn’t going to happen every single day. I have days where logging on instagram is the last thing I want to do, but I’m always so grateful when I login, because I get to engage with some awesome people, and it makes it worth it! The days where growth is slow, I just try to remember it’s all part of the process!
Thanks for reading!!
