Healthy taco recipe

My friend introduced me to these tacos, and I’m hooked. Instead of using meat, you use baked garbanzo beans (aka chick peas)! Fun fact: Meagan eats garbanzo beans raw, and it freaks me out. I actually hated garbanzo beans until i had them in this recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cans garbanzo beans

1 packet Taco seasoning

1 tablespoon oil

Directions for beans:

Rinse garbanzo beans

Stir in oil

Stir in taco season

Place on a foiled baking sheet

Bake at 450 for 20 minutes (turn beans over at around 10 minutes)

* i add avocado, tomatoes, rice, lettuce, and a little refried beans to my taco 👌🏻 so good!
